A decade of research at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) has gone into the writing of Living Deeply
including in-depth interviews with teachers of the world's spiritual, religious, and transformative traditions.
The researchers also reviewed hundreds of people's stories about their own positive self-transformation
which resulted in improved health, well being and a greater sense of life purpose and meaning.
